Patient Care

Patient care

We are committed to providing a high standard of care and service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, our service, or the way we use your personal information, we encourage you to let us know so we can investigate your concerns and work towards a resolution.

Our Complaints Procedure  explains how to make a complaint, how we will investigate it, and the timescales you can expect. Complaints can be made using our Complaints Form, by email, telephone, in writing, online, or in person.

The Complaints Form is available at any time on request from your osteopath.

If you remain dissatisfied after we have responded to your complaint, you may ask us to review our decision or, where appropriate, refer your concerns to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
